Enclosed at the bottom of this page you will find an application that must be printed, completed, and submitted in its entirety for consideration of a scholarship and postmarked by MONDAY, June ,15 2015 to the following address:

Under Maryland law, I am not permitted to award a scholarship to you unless you have completed the FAFSA. If you have not made arrangements to complete this form, it is essential that you do so immediately. Also, please check your residence at https://mdelect.net/ to ensure that your application is given top priority and that you are applying in the correct legislative district, my district is 4.
To be eligible for a scholarship, you must be a Maryland resident and entering or attending a school in Maryland. Exceptions are made for Marylanders whose major is not offered in the state. I base awards on academic achievement, personal character and extracurricular involvement. Each applicant will be notified if they are awarded a scholarship and invited to meet with me to officially accept the scholarship.
